A: No. We’ve determined that 8”W X 7”H is the ideal size for most users and concentrating on this one size allows us to provide the best possible pricing.
Q: How long does it take to produce our Softrack calendar mouse pads?
A: Most orders can be produced in less than two weeks after you approve your proofs. Orders of 100,000+ may require additional time. Since most orders are intended for distribution at year end, orders for which proofs are approved later than December 1 could also be delayed. Please plan early.

Q: Can you produce artwork for us if we provide high resolution images and text?
A: Yes. Our basic artwork preparation charge is $950 for all 12 pages but can vary significantly depending upon your requirements. Please ask us for a quote.
Q: Can we print on the undersides of the calendar pages?
A: Yes, for an additional charge. Please ask for a quote.
Q: Can we customize the calendar dates to include our own events?
A: Yes, you can include anything you wish in your artwork and customize both the calendar and other areas however you choose. Include QR codes, helpful tools such as rulers, metric conversions, etc., trade show dates or other industry specific information.
Q: For mailing purposes, how much does one Softrack calendar mouse pad weigh?
A: About 4 ½ ounces, so that it qualifies for 5-ounce postal rate including envelope.
Q: What postal rate applies?
A: Because of its almost square shape, a Softrack calendar mouse pad does not meet the aspect ratio required to be considered a letter by the postal service and is therefore considered a “flat.” Depending upon quality and degree of sorting sophistication of your mailing list, the approximate postage per piece will be about $0.57 each but could vary.

A: A comma delimited Excel file with clear column headers is most suitable. We will map the fields by column header to your layout.
